Guess where I took this photo. (Click for hi-res).
Winner will be declared November's
Capitão do Fortaleza, here at
BmL.
UPDATE: Hordes of disgruntled NCOs denied as Capitão Fyodor seizes the parapet; correctly identifying the
Comunidades dos Países de Língua Portuguesa (Community of Portuguese Language Nations - CPLP) office in Rua de São Caetano, Lisbon. All hail!

Lisboa?
Sim, foi Lisbao - mais *onde* em Lisboa?
Indeed Fyodor - you're getting warm there. But pray tell, anyone, where in Lisbon?
Clues are in the picture....
The CPLP offices in Rua de São Caetano?
Badabing, badabang, Capitão!
Yes, indeed Fyodor! I was there last year conducting interviews. They embraced my odd enthusiasms and let me take pics in the big room, where heads of state meet. The 8 flags in one spot, and the CPLP banner
Oh, the Luso-action that room has seen, huh? Incidentally, the CPLP will shortly have their own peacekeeping force. No kiddin.
